The world is facing a lot of challenges and people require ways to connect and build bridges  between 'us’ and ‘them’.
Interactive Focusing, developed by Janet Klein and Mary McGuire, has the potential to help create safe spaces for deep connection between people in a community and for meaningful exchanges between communities. It is a safe way of deeply listening, feeling heard and exchanging about a topic and about the relationship, in good times and in bad times.
As a certified Interactive Focusing teacher, I will share my understanding of and an exercise in Interactive Focusing.
